Norbert is Dugger in this 2001 movie that features Dennis Hopper and Steven Segal.
A San Francisco detective and his partner must take on a dangerous terrorist gang. When one of the
terrorists is arrested, their leader claims he will explode bombs throughout the city if she is not
released. The detective then calls upon the help of an explosive expert to bring them to justice.
Norbert's character ends up being shot in the head after the detective and bomb expert find him at a
bar with a bomb in his briefcase.
A variety of clocks are used extensively throughout the set.
